Yoga props such as blocks, straps & chairs are often used for safe practice, and to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably. ALL LEVEL YOGA
This is an energizing practice that focuses on strengthening, increasing flexibility and integrating the entire mind, body, spirit. The practice is led at a beginner level however more intermediate and advanced postures are offered. Participants are encouraged to practice at their own level. ROLL & RELEASE
This practice incorporates foam rolling for the relief of muscular tension along with deep stretching & breathe work. This practice will reduce muscle soreness, help improve range of motion and maintain normal functional muscular strength.
POWER FLOW YOGA
This class is perfect for those who want a more athletic and cardiovascular practice. Power Flow Yoga is an invigorating flow practice that will have you moving and breathing through your postures & invitations to experiment with rapid movement through sun salutations and various asanas such as arm balances, inversions, twists, backbends, hip openers and more. Power Flow Yoga will help create an opportunity to go inward and become present on a new level. *Intermediate/Advanced

PILATES STEP EXPRESS
A quick 30 minute Pilates practice focusing on breath work and mindful movement using the Step & possibly adding other apparatus. Your personal intensity is controlled by adjusting the height of the step (platform is 4” and each riser adds 2”) as well as the amount of movements. *All Level, (no shoes required).
Pound Rockout Workout
